SHIPPING:
IF PRODUCT IS FROM ‘SHIPS IN 24 HOURS’ CATEGORY
IN DELHI- the order is delivered within 7 to 12 working days.
OUTSIDE DELHI- the order should be delivered within 15 working days

We deliver PAN India.
All your orders would typically be dispatched within 1 to 15 working days from the date of order.
Standard delivery CHARGES :Rs 100 for all orders YOU MAKE ONLINE PAYMENT OR PAYMENT THROUGH PAYTM OR BANK TRANSFER SHIPPING IS STANDARD RS 100
Our reputed courier partner ensures that you receive your order at the earliest and in good condition.

We will notify you with the tracking number once we dispatch your order.
Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery dates for your order. Some order/products may take longer to deliver due to remote locations, uncertainties in shipping, product availability, and circumstances outside our control (weather etc.). To ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner, we request you to provide complete details of the shipping address including correct address, PIN Code and contact number. You will receive a dispatch notification that will notify you of the carrier we’ve used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it. After multiple failed attempts at delivery, the package(s) are returned to our warehouse and we will cancel the order.
DELAYS due to CUSTOM clearance is beyond our control and in no case the order can be cancelled or modified if the packages are held at customs (we request our all dear clients to be patient and allow us time to get your packages cleared smoothly) .

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD):
We don’t provide Cash on Delivery (COD) facility.
Our courier partner will be able to deliver the shipment to you between MONDAY to SUNDAY from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm.
FORCE MAJEURE:
VENUSBYPAYAL shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, terrorism, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, telecommunications failure, epidemic, perils of the sea or air, flood, drought, explosion, sabotage, accident, embargo, riot, civil commotion or civil authority, including acts of local government and parliamentary authority; disputes of whatever nature and for whatever cause arising including but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, work to rule, overtime bar, strikes and walkouts. We shall endeavor to notify you as soon as possible should any such events or circumstances occur.
PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY:
We make an earnest effort to make sure that merchandise listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. In an unlikely event when we’re not able to send or replace your order due to unavailability of the product, we will inform you as soon as possible and REFUND the amount for the same.
VENUSBYPAYAL HOLDS NO REFUND POLICY AND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES REFUND IN CASH IS NOT POSSIBLE.
